Maksudnya tekun dan usaha tentu berjaya~ 

Jarang digunakan.. slalu dengar orang akan kata.. 

"Sikit-sikit, lama-lama jadi bukit"

Maksudnya sabar mengerjakan sesuatu lama-lama berhasil juga~

Both have the same meaning.. If you work hard for something surely someday it will pay-off :)
